3. If you have dyed your hair black or have skin allergies, you will not be able to experience this service(Color/Perm)
4. You'll get confirmation within 24 hours. If you don't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.
5. Kindly makesure to arrive 10mins early than the appointment time
6. No refund or changes due to any reason on the same day
7. Your appointment will be shortened if you arrive late and without notice. It will be cancelled if you are more than 10 minutes late
8. Latecomers or no-shows can't be refund
9. You can show photo of your desired hairstyle for assigned hairstylist reference

The hairstylist will first determine whether your hair can be colored or permed according to your hair condition, then they will give you coloring and perming suggestions according to your hair type. For example, faded hair cannot be permed or colored hair with an extremely high degree of damage cannot be colored again. If the hairstylist confirms your hair cannot be permed or colored, please contact the phone number indicated at the bottom of your voucher. After verification, the refund will be given within 5-7 working days
11. You are not allowed to bring any private hair color or perm or treatment product to the salon. No service will be done if you want to use your own hair products
12. Additional charges may apply for length, thickness and/or condition of hair. (On-Site payment)
13. The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
14. Changes made at least 1 day(s) before the activity are free
15. If your preferred timeslot is fully booked, the staff will recommend an alternative timeslot
